A bit about me...

Welcome to the start of your fitness journey with Craig Graham Fitness. First, a bit about myself… I have been working in the fitness industry since 2012, and qualified as a personal trainer in 2014. Over the years I have helped a number of clients reach different goals including weight loss and achieving a personal best time running a half marathon.

I have a passion for fitness, training, and continuing to push myself towards various accomplishments such as completing marathons and Tough Mudder events, to lowering my body fat percentage. This has helped me to build my knowledge of creating periodised and adaptive programmes to ensure progression towards achieving a specific aim.

My role is to ensure you have all the knowledge and ingredients needed for you to enjoy improving your fitness. This will provide you with the power to make healthy lifestyle choices which will have benefits towards both your physical and mental health.
